How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, please submit a request through this page or email us at babluexplainer@gmail.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
We may ask you to verify your registered email (Google login) to process the deletion.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When you request deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our system:
- Your Google login details (name, email address)
- Your saved quiz history, mock test results, and progress
- Your personalized preferences within the app
Data That May Be Retained
We do not retain any personal data after deletion, except in cases where retention is required by law (e.g., payment/transaction records if you made any purchases).
Processing Time
Your account deletion request will be completed within 7 business days of confirmation.
